Church Leaders Training

We believe in the importance of strengthening, uplifting and supporting the local church.

Partnering with local village churches, YICA has developed a training for church leaders to come and be encouraged and strengthened in the word. We feel called to help equip churches to be in their healthiest state. A healthy church needs to be healthy in all areas- spiritual, relational, financial, and emotional. Unfortunately, we have observed that there are very few support systems established in the local villages that support churches and church leaders.

Looking at the needs of the local churches, our training seeks to help church leaders feel equipped and ready to better serve their churches and communities.

The church leaders training is currently aimed at:

1. Developing a personal relationship with God. 

2. Fostering relationships and ministering to their families. 

3. Healthy relationships and boundaries amongst the church congregation. 

4. Biblical models of church leadership. 

5. Evangelizing and serving  their local communities.
